We’ll pair you up (or you can come with a friend) with players who have very similar needs (i.e. shooting form, ball handling, post-moves, passing, scoring, defence or athlete development). These needs will be matched with a players age, height, strength and ability to ensure that groups share the best mix of challenge to success.
Each session is 80min, which includes 20min of athletic development with Kalani (Cert III in Fitness), followed by 60min of skill work and (typically) live reps.
Kalani uses an iPad to take videos of the players shooting form and decision making to review with the players throughout - so if this is an issue with you - please make it known. All videos are deleted after each session.
